Social Media Recruiting Ads and materials
With Linkedin becoming heavily saturated with thousands of job ad posts, DriveTime wanted recruiting materials that would stick out amongst the masses. With over 15 departments hiring, each department’s recruiting materials received their own tone, color pallet, and design elements. These designs were used across multiple platforms including Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. Some designs were even used for tangible collateral such as flyers and giant banners.
